The Bachelor of Eastern Medicine & Surgery (BEMS) program at Superior University is a comprehensive professional degree integrating the classical traditions of Unani and Tibb medicine with modern basic medical sciences. Students develop expertise in Eastern diagnostic methods, herbal pharmacology, drug preparation and compound formulations, Eastern therapeutic procedures, and preventive health — alongside human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and biochemistry from modern medical sciences.
Clinical training is conducted at the on-campus 600-bed CMATRH and the herbal medicine clinics, with access to state-of-the-art digital classrooms and herbal medicine labs. Global exchange opportunities through 230+ international university partners extend career pathways into international traditional medicine practice. The 3U1M model ensures one full year of clinical market practice before graduation.
