We are moving towards a world where globalization is the key to success. The competitive advantage rests in being global and local at the same time. The organization of the future have to think global and act local in order to meet the diverse needs of global markets. The emerging markets are creating an increasing impact on the global competitive arena both at macro economic level and microeconomic level- its impact is even more promising in cultural and business terms.

We invite the international research community for an educational conference in Lahore, Pakistan. The International Conference on Management Research is a Joint Academic of Superior University and University of Newcastle. The conference is envisioned to focus on to promote research methodologies and research culture in emerging markets.

Superior University is the fastest growing institute of Pakistan and is known for its innovative practices. Research culture is the hallmark of all the disciplines offered at Superior University. Realizing the importance of globalization the visionary management decided to organize a forum where the challenges faced by the emerging markets will be uncovered and their solutions are generated. The first International conference of Management Research 2010 is the first step towards finding the solutions of the challenges faced by emerging Markets. This conference will provide an opportunity to Scholars, Professionals and Practitioners to understand the macroeconomic and microeconomic challenges faced by emerging markets.

We invite conceptual or empirical research presentations, and/or country context case studies thus enabling scholars, practitioners and professionals to develop an insight into emerging markets. Delegates are invited to submit their work that address both theoretical and practical implications. Parallel tracks of refereed presentations will enable authors to obtain constructive feedback about their study. This conference will not only provide a high quality research experience to the delegates, but also provide a chance to experience the hospitality and culture of Lahore

Abstract:

Should be sent latest by Monday 7th September 2010. 1 to 2 pages and up to 1500 characters.

Notification of acceptance:

Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by September 1, 2010.

Full Paper:

To be submitted latest by Monday 15th November 2010. Maximum 10 pages and upto 20000 characters
(including tables and figures) excluding references.
